Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, every time. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade, eco-conscious cleaning products and tools. If you have specific products you'd prefer we use (allergies, pet safety, a favorite brand), just let us know when you book and we'll bring those instead.
Are you really licensed and insured?
Absolutely. We're fully licensed in the state of Kentucky and carry comprehensive liability insurance. Documentation is available on request. We'd rather you feel safe than take our word for it.
Can I book recurring cleanings?
Yes, and many of our clients do. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring service. Recurring clients get first pick on the calendar and a consistent crew who learns your home over time.
What areas of Louisville do you serve?
We serve Louisville and the surrounding communities, including the Highlands, St. Matthews, Crescent Hill, Clifton, NuLu, Germantown, Okolona, Fern Creek, J-town, Middletown, Prospect, Norton Commons, and beyond. If you're not sure whether we cover your ZIP, give us a call.
Do you work around pets?
We love pets. Just let us know about them in advance so we can prepare: any rooms to avoid, any doors to keep closed, any special instructions. We're gentle with anxious animals and we'll never let anyone out by accident.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens and we understand. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window may incur a small fee to cover the reserved time slot. Emergencies are always handled with grace.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
If something isn't right, we come back and make it right, no extra charge, no excuses. That's the commitment. We'd rather fix it than have you feel short-changed.
Do you offer one-time cleans, or only recurring?
Both. Every clean is welcome, whether it's a one-time deep clean, a seasonal refresh, a pre-party scramble, or a move-out. No commitment required.
How do I book?
The easiest way is to call (502) 388-8765 or use our booking form. We'll confirm a date, walk through the scope of work, and lock it in. Most inquiries get a response the same day.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Plenty of our clients give us a code, a hidden key, or let us in before heading out. Whatever works for you works for us. We'll send a note when we arrive and when we're done.
How do you handle payment?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. Recurring clients can set up auto-pay if they prefer.
Is there a first-time client discount?
Yes. First-time clients save $75 on our Full Ritual deep clean ($425 instead of $500) or $25 on an hourly clean. Plus one complimentary add-on with the deep clean: oven interior, fridge interior, or interior windows. Mention "FIRST SPELL" when you book.
